Brief: To raise the profile
of Scott Carver Architects with the local, Chinese and international media
during the Olympic Games (The Chinese were a target because they were bidding
for the next Olympic Games)
Results: Geissler Communications
achieved significant exposure for Scott Carver's Sports Architecture in
a major feature in the Australian Financial Review during the Olympic week.
Widespread exposure was also achieved on their companyís ìgreenî
design credentials in Chinese, Japanese British, Australian and Spanish
media. This was achieved through organizing and staging four seminars at
the Olympic Main Press Center at Homebush. As there was a high priority
in getting to the Chinese media, several sessions were given in Mandarin.
We achieved attendance by 19 members of the Beijing Bid Committee. Post
event reports from China have shown that the brochures handed out at the
events were cited in China by visiting Australian consultants. |
